  1. Welcome to the Golf Statistics Program (Version 3.1) 16-bit version (Shareware).

  4. GStat 3.1 is a Golf Statistics and Handicapping program. 
  5. GStat is for a golfer that wishes to keep track of all the statistical
  6. aspects of his/her game. The program has the ability to analyze and present your golf data
  7. in many different ways. It also has a Match play, a League Manager, and a Tournament
  8. Manager feature.

  10. GStat is used to keep track of all your golf statistics and calculate certain aspects of your game
  11. including your Tracking Handicap Index. You have a choice of three computation methods to
  12. generate your Tracking Handicap Index; Standard USGA, Standard RCGA, and the Average
  13. Difference from Par method.

  17. To install the GStat 3.1 Program do the following:
  18.  
  19. 1. Make sure you have at least twelve (12) MB of hard disk space available.
  20. 2. Extract the Zip file contents to a temporary directory.
  21. 3. You MUST have VBRUN300.DLL in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM subdirectory.
  22.    If you do not, then you must get a copy of it. You can get it at the following
  23.    WWW sites:

  29. 4. From Windows, choose FILE from the Program Manager or File Manager menu.
  30. 5. Choose RUN from the FILE menu.
  31. 6. Type  A:SETUP  in the command line argument.

  33. FOR WIN 95 or WIN NT
  34. 4. From Win 95 or NT, click the Start button
  35. 5. Choose RUN from the Start menu.
  36. 6. Type  A:SETUP  in the Open field.

  38. 7. Follow the rest of the instructions on the screen.
